Our program is easy to use and we will teach you how to get started. If you have any concerns, or if technical difficulties arise, our friendly staff are available to help at any time. You can call us on 1800 862 134.

Your trainer will let you know what resources you will need, but they will be minimal. They may include items like a theraband, dumbbell, chair or ball. We can even prescribe a program with no equipment at all, using common household items or just your body weight.

Yes. Our qualified, experienced trainers will listen to you carefully and ask questions to design your program and assess your progress. Video coaching ensures our trainers can check how you complete each exercise and provide guidance to improve your technique.

Our priority is to design an exercise program that works for you, your body and your lifestyle. If you have any concerns at any time, simply let your trainer know and they can adjust your program.

Video may feel a bit strange at first but we find clients get used to it quickly, especially once they experience the benefits of exercising from home.

Yes, please discuss any interruptions to your program with your trainer.
